When it comes to toothaches, there are many different things that can cause a toothache. A toothache can come at any given time, even though you may not expect it. The pain can be unbearable at times, and you’ll do practically anything you can to make the pain stop. When a toothache first comes on, many of us start to wonder what caused it to happen.

Some of the main causes of toothaches include decay, a fracture in the teeth, and cavities. A crack in the tooth is also a cause, although it can be difficult to diagnose, as cracks will normally appear to be invisible to the naked eye and x-rays. Cracks can make your tooth feel as if it is exploding, as they expose the dentin and nerves to the air and anything else you put in your mouth. If you don’t get them fixed, they will get worse, possibly leading to your tooth breaking off at the gums.

Pulp irritation is another cause of toothaches, as it occurs after dental treatment. No matter how well your filling or crown was done, the materials that were used to fix the tooth can end up causing pain later on down the road. There really is nothing you can do, as crowns can sometimes come off or the filling can sometimes come out. If this happens, all you can really do is go back to the dentist to get the problem fixed.

If you have an exposed root or nerve, it can also be the cause of your toothache. This normally happens due to rough brushing, receding the gums and exposing the root. If the root is exposed, the air or liquid you drink can trigger a toothache. To prevent this from happening, use care when you brush and never try to tear your gums apart thinking it will get your teeth cleaner.

If you use tobacco products, you’ll more than likely get toothaches on a frequent basis. Chewing tobacco is a common contributor to toothaches and tooth pain, as the tobacco will eat away at your teeth until there is nothing left. It doesn’t take long for it to happen either, especially if you have been chewing for a long time. Smoking can trigger toothaches as well, as the smoke is bad for your teeth and eats away at them as well.

Even though there are many causes to toothaches, there are things you can do to stop and pain and prevent toothaches. You should always brush your teeth on a daily basis, and go to the dentist for your regular checkups. If you get a toothache you should always go to the dentist and get the tooth fixed. The dentist may be able to catch it early enough to save the tooth - which will prevent you from having to get it pulled and save you a lot of money - and pain in the long run.

One of the coolest features is not the fact that you can get directions to this location, but you can also call them too.

Say you typed in "Starbucks," you would then be shown the closest Starbucks to where you are currently at. You can then call them and place your order, or ask them questions about their coffee. Very rarely will you find a device that not only connects you to your world, but also brings you closer to it. With technology seemingly pushing the "world" further away, it is extremely refreshing to find a mobile device that connects you with those around you in such a dynamic way.

Above is the online earnings screen capture of what I earned from all of my online endeavors. The circled payment at the bottom is a payment that I had to send back, so it’s not added to the grand total of $361.45. Notice none of you see anything related to Google’s Adsense program. I don’t use that program because of all of the restrictions that they put on the creative content that you show on a person’s site.

Speaking of removing services, I have removed Kontera from the site because of some complaints that I received, which stated that the double links interfered with reading the content of articles. In place of Kontera’s service, I have added a projects board to help bring in more of the millions of people in need of earning from their online experience. Also, if you take a look at the images here on the site, I have added Taggify to keep the links out of the content areas.

The majority of what I made came from some IT work that I’ve been helping a WordPress client with. Private Luxury Group Buys Jimmy Choo Brand

Labelux, a privately held luxury goods group in Austria, said it came to an agreement to acquire the high-end shoe and accessories company Jimmy Choo from TowerBrook Capital Partners, a private equity company, and minority shareholders.

The price of the acquisition was not disclosed. TowerBrook had considered taking Jimmy Choo public but opted to sell it to a strategic buyer. How to Handle Dental Emergencies

As we all know, toothaches and any type of oral injury can be extremely painful and should be seen by a dentist immediately. Dental emergencies should be seen immediately by a dentist, day or night. These emergencies include broken teeth, teeth that have been knocked out, or teeth that have been forced out of the socket. With some emergencies, the cheeks, lips, or gums will have cuts or abrasions on them from where the teeth come out of the socket.

If you’ve had a tooth recently knocked out, the first thing you should do is look for that tooth. When you’ve found the tooth, gently scrub it to get rid of any dirt or debris. Once you have cleaned it, you should place it back in your mouth between the cheek and gums. Whatever you do, you should never try to put it back in the socket. We all have seen the numerous infomercials and and web ads of various overnight weight losing sensations. One that particularly stands out for me is a site called www.jack3dreviews.com. The site helps to dispel the myths of a nitric oxide based product that is supposed to have miraculous effects on the human body.

Needless to say, the results from some of the web buyers are much less than stellar. Ranging from a complete waste of time to “do not bother with this product”.

My current roommate, Melissa has some sheets that were brought online from matouk, a site that caters to those that are looking for bedding. And this bedding isn’t your run of the mill 180-count stuff. what she gave me and the kids to sleep on the floor with was nice. I mean these spreads and quilts were comfy and not full of the usual hard water washing machine fluff.

Facebook recently started to prohibit links to our site, meaning that for the time being you cannot share any of our articles or our main page on your wall or as a comment. Because the first appearance of this issue coincided with a referral to our site on the extremely popular Mashable blog a few weeks ago, we suspect that Facebook’s spam prevention systems falsely identified our site as “abusive or spammy” as soon as thousands of Mashable readers suddenly started to share it with their friends. Ever since, users get the following message:

Were you surprised to hear about Yahoo’s latest claim to fame? Relieving folks of their employment right before the holidays, I would think a bit Scroogish. But with the recent news of Yahoo layoffs it was a no-brainer.

The dead social networks called MyBlogLog Yahoo Buzz, and the awkardly cumbersome Delicious will be mothballed. Whatever comes afterward could only be a loser to the behemoths that are twitter and Facebook.

These buildings range from the five star hotels to the funky ones to hotels with “affordable” packages. Four Season Hotel : if you’ve got kids, then you should consider staying in this kid-friendly hotel because guests under 18 can stay for free. The tallest hotel in New York City, it also provides its family guests with coloring books, a video lending library and welcome gifts for kids. Soho Grand Hotel : if you’re the type of traveler who can’t bear to leave your behind, have no fear because there are several hotels in New York that can accommodate furry guests, just like the Soho Grand Hotel. London, 11th January 2010. The price for a standard double room continues to decrease in 2010 in the majority of popular European cities. The tHPI for January shows the average price for a hotel is one percent less than the previous month and twelve percent less than this time last year. Travelers can benefit from decreasing hotel prices in many European cities; the average price of a standard double room in Dublin, Ireland is 84 pounds in January 2010, 42 percent less than this time last year.
Average hotel prices in the United Kingdom have increased by two percent
Hotel prices in the United Kingdom are three percent above the European average in January at 91 pounds; two percent less than the previous month. The cheapest average hotel prices can still be found in Wales (78 pounds), followed by Northern Ireland (85 pounds) and Scotland (87 pounds). England has the most expensive hotel prices in January at 93 pounds. In comparison to December 2009, the British city with the largest decrease in hotel prices is Glasgow where a standard double room is 11 percent less than this time last year (74 pounds). Birmingham is one of the only cities in the United Kingdom to see an increase in hotel prices in January. The average price for a hotel room is 10% more than last year; this could be due to the Autosport International Racing Car Show. In the Irish capital Dublin prices have seen the largest decrease of 42 percent to 84 pounds. Hotel prices remain stable in London in comparison to January 2009, however at 126 pounds for a standard double room it is the sixth most expensive city in the tHPI.
Overnight accommodation rates are down in almost all European countries
In many metropolitan areas in the South and East of Europe there are bargains to be found. In Milan, the current price for a standard double room is 105 pounds, 15 percent less than January 2009. Low hotel rates can also be found in Barcelona (81 pounds, 20 percent less), Lisbon (72 pounds, 18 percent less) and Athens (78 pounds, 16 percent less). At 89 pounds, Vienna is eleven percent below the average room rate last year. The most expensive city in 2009, Geneva is currently 158 pounds, ten percent less than this time last year. Even notoriously cheap cities such as Krakow (55 pounds, 20 percent less) and Budapest (56 pounds, 15 percent less) have considerably dropped their prices in comparison to the previous year.

Earlier this week, Mark Kessler had tickets for himself and his wife, Stacy Norris, a University of Alabama grad. But he faced leaving the rest of the family behind in Atlanta because he couldn't arrange a beach-house swap.

Kessler put an ad in The Tuscaloosa News offering a vacation week at either a Destin beach house or a lake house for anyone willing to part with tickets to the BCS National Championship Game. He'd gotten 20 or so calls, but none turned into tickets, even though the rentals are worth $5,200 and $4,000 a week, respectively, at full market value.

“I was actually going to give a higher price than the tickets were selling for. I didn't have any takers on that, so I had to come up with some cold hard cash,” he said, and ended up paying an average of $550 per ticket. The face value is $200 to $275.

Kessler didn't want to miss seeing the title game, which will be played Thursday at the historic Rose Bowl, despite being an Auburn grad; he was converted to Tide worship by his wife. Both are Tuscaloosa natives.

Later, though, more calls came through, and one man expressed interest in the lake house.

Twitter and You Traveling Together

When Bruce Poon Tip got a suitcase full of wine gums in the mail, the power of social media became clear.

His company, GAP Adventures, a Toronto-based adventure travel company, was running a contest to find their newest intern.

Poon Tip used Twitter and Facebook to get the word out, and, within weeks, the online contest was getting press in Denmark, thousands of inquiries were flooding in, and the weird entries were appearing. Someone read about Poon Tip's love of wine gums on the Internet, and sent him a suitcase full of the chewy candies along with a contest entry.

Then, there was the gorilla. Poon Tip says a man in a gorilla suit showed up outside of his company's office one day with a sign that read: "Dawn for Travel Intern."

"We started out using social media to get rid of `distressed inventory,'" Poon Tip says. "Trips to the Galapagos where there was still room on the ship for extra passengers, last-minute deals, that kind of thing.

"But we use it now in a much broader way. We use it to form an intimate connection with our customers."

Poon Tip encourages every employee at GAP to use Twitter frequently from their desks.

Heading To Vegas For Turkey Day

A survey of more than 700 Southern Californians found 44 percent plan to spend less than $500 on holiday travel and 75 percent planning to spend $1,000 or less.

In order to save money, 39 percent said they planned to stay with friends or family rather than at a hotel and 27 percent said they would stay in a less expensive hotel, AAA's Southern California affiliate said.

The affiliate said of Southern Californians planning to travel, 53 percent would travel in-state while 19 percent planned to visit a gambling destination such as Las Vegas.

In Texas, which hasn't been hurt as hard by the recession, a survey of 500 people found 64 percent planning to travel over the holidays would spend the same or more. The Texas survey found that of those traveling, 18 percent would visit a gambling destination such as Las Vegas.

In Hawaii, 83 percent of those planning to travel planned to spend the same or more, with 20 percent planning to visit a gambling destination such as Las Vegas.

Even stronger numbers were reported in New Mexico, with 85 percent of those planning to travel forecasting spending the same or more as last year -- but just 7 percent planning to visit a gambling destination such as Las Vegas.

Travelers who do make the trip are likely to find bargains in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving weekend.

The discount travel Web site Hotwire.com reported this week that Las Vegas made its list of 10 cities where hotel rates have dropped the most compared to November 2008.

In Las Vegas, the Hotwire analysis found prices are down 13 percent and a room at a four-star property can be booked at $87.

Typical rates found online for the evening of Friday, Nov. 27, were for $61 at Binion's downtown, $78 at the South Point, $111 at the Imperial Palace and $259 at the Venetian.

Weekday rates are much lower, with deals for Wednesday, Nov. 25, including $25 at the Imperial Palace and $70 at the MGM Grand -- including a $25 credit for food and entertainment.

Southwest Airlines Sale Not As Large As Thought

Airfares are starting to inch back up, signs indicate, even on the prices of tickets on sale.
Southwest (LUV), the nation's leader in low-cost flying, this week introduced a sale on fares with prices on some routes higher than the lowest fares customers have come to expect.

They included a $118 round trip between Phoenix and San Diego and $296 between Baltimore and Los Angeles.

While "not really that bad," Tom Parsons of BestFares.com says, the fares are higher than the historical range of Southwest's sale prices.

Southwest traditionally has set the floor on coast-to-coast fares that are on sale at $99 one way and $198 round trip. The airline's website now lists new coast-to-coast bottom fares at $149 and $298, respectively.

Frontier and AirTran (AAI), Southwest's low-cost competitors, have also increased sale fares on some routes by $10 each way.

Parsons says the days of rock-bottom fares appear to have ended.

"The writing is on the wall," says Parsons, whose website monitors prices. "We had nine months of great travel bargains in 2009. Air travelers will be paying much more (in 2010) than they did in early 2009, as much as 50% more."

Travel website Travelocity also has detected signs that fares are no longer dropping.

Fares booked for fall travel in mid-September were 14% lower than a year ago — down from the 15% year-over-year drop in fares in July, Travelocity's bookings show.

Sun A bargain month for virtually all winter-sun destinations. As the risk of hurricanes in the Caribbean is coming to a close and the season is just getting under way, the hotels and tour operators offer some of the lowest prices of the year, with the certainty of late-booking offers as flights and accommodation virtually never sell out.

Cities Generally you will get some of the cheapest rates of the year for a city break this month. Most tourist hotels drop their prices from November 1 (usually until the end of February), sights are less crowded and the no-frills airlines in particular try to fill seats with a series of sales. (It's worth subscribing to the email offers that airlines such as easyJet and Ryanair send out to highlight these promotions, which often have to be booked quickly.) Note too that you won't necessarily have to pack your winter clothing: some of the southernmost European cities can still be quite warm in November: Seville (average daily maximum, 68F/20C), Palermo (64F/18C), Athens (18C), Rome (63F/17C) and Naples (17C) are all good bets, especially in the earlier part of the month. 5 Top Must-Go Beaches Of California

One place Orange County in Southern California has plenty of, are the beaches. The hard part is choosing which ones to go to, because there are so many, and each of the beaches have different things to offer and their unique personalities. The beaches and their cities might just be several miles apart, but bring different environment, surroundings, and atmosphere to enjoy.

Huntington Beach: Yes the city beach area is quite commercial, and touristy, and no I don’t surf, but I absolutely love this beach. I mainly enjoy hearing the huge waves splash ashore, and miles of spacious sandy beach. It’s something about the tide by this particular beach, that makes the waves so high, and always come in roaring. Of course watching the surfers is fun in itself. I am not a big fan of real touristy places, but I like sitting and having lunch by the Huntington Pier or one of the many restaurants on main street. There are plenty of surf stores and places to shop too.
Newport Beach: I believe this is my favorite due to sentimental reasons. This is the first beach we took our son

Seth to when he was 7 months old, and also the first one in California, me and my husband went to, several years back. It’s in stark contrast with Huntington. I enjoy the nice and quite. Walking on the sidewalk by those little houses right on the beach is fun too. It’s very close from the Orange County airport, so if you want to stop by the beach before you even get to the hotel, this is the one to go to.

Laguna Beach: This is where the multi million dollar mansions are, you see in the realty shows. Strolling around Laguna you might spot a few Ferrari’s or Bentley’s. But, what I love most is the beach itself, it’s the best place to watch the sunset. We’ve enjoyed nice bon fires and watching the sunset, a few times. Nothing beats the combination of the two. Needless to say this beach is best to go in the evening time.
Salt Creek Beach: This beach, popular for the locals in the area, and not touristy at all, is right off the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s like a little hidden treasure. If there is one hotel I’d really like to

stay in, right on the beach, which sits atop a hill, overlooking the coastline, the beach, the gray whale migration, and Catalina Island, it would be the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel at the Salt Creek Beach. You have to go down a trail of stairways and paths to get to the beach, so it can be a bit challenging carrying a whole bunch of things, but it’s worth it.

Seal Beach: It’s very family friendly. If you are looking to fish from the pier or kite surf or just enjoy a stroll down the tree lined Main street, this is the place to go. There is a variety of shopping with affordable prices, and most importantly free parking! They also have free concerts during the summer.

The aroma of deep-fried chicken and funnel cakes drifted across the Los Angeles County fairgrounds. The gleeful shouts of teenagers on carnival rides filled the air.

Falling Prices Weirdly Keep People Off The Roads

Last year marked the highest number of people traveling on Labor Day during the decade with 45.1 million traveling. Even though the numbers are expected to be lower than last year — they are expected to be higher than the Fourth of July holiday weekend, which is usually the busiest automobile travel holiday of the year, according to the AAA news release.

“AAA predicts this Labor Day holiday weekend will be the third busiest of the decade, even though the number of travelers will be down from last year,” said Martha Meade, manager of public and government affairs for AAA Mid-Atlantic.

The second busiest year was in 2003 when 41.6 million Americans took a Labor Day weekend trip.

Last year’s Labor Day travel was also affected by gas prices that had dropped to $3.68 per gallon from a record high of $4.11 on July 17 and end-of-summer discounts that had emerged, according to AAA.

The nationwide average price of self-serve regular gasoline is expected to be about one dollar less than last year, or about $2.60 a gallon. That drop, plus deals and discounts offered by travel providers, might entice travelers out onto the road during Labor Day, AAA said.

The lowest average published airfares are expected to decrease 17 percent from last year, according to AAA’s Leisure Travel Index. Car rental rates are up 7 percent with customers paying an average of $43 per day compared to $40 a year ago.

Rates for AAA Three Diamond and Two Diamond lodgings are projected to be 12 percent less than last year for an average of $137 per night for Three Diamond properties. AAA Two Diamond lodgings will cost an average of $101 per night.

Travel Still comes Down To Cost

According to Dr. Martin Buck, director of the Competence Centre Travel and Logistics at Messe Berlin, “There is no doubt that holiday travel is one of the basic needs of people in Germany. The good news for the travel industry is that, before Germans completely renounce holiday trips during difficult economic times, they will choose a destination that is within their budget.”
It is, therefore, obvious that the cheaper vacation countries are proving popular with German visitors. Within Europe it is Spain, with 10.6 percent, maintaining a narrow lead over Italy, with 10 percent. Austria is in third place with 6.8 percent. Despite the difficult economic situation, long-haul travel seems to be almost as popular as ever. Compared with last year, only 0.5 percent fewer Germans are planning a trip to far-off destinations, with the USA still occupying the top spot, thanks to a weak dollar and the positive Obama effect. According to AA Travel Insurance, more than 50 holiday firms have collapsed during the past 12 months, dashing travel plans for thousands and leaving others to pay for extra flights home.

Explains Christian Young, CEO of AA Travel Insurance: "Travel agents and operators selling package holidays that include the flight with other travel components (such as transfers or hotel) should provide the traveller with Air Travel Organisers' Licence (ATOL) protection or similar. But this doesn't apply to the increasing number who prefer to book their own separate holiday components such as flight, hotel or car hire - all of which are easy to arrange online.

"Uncertainty in the market is leading many travellers to build their own holiday arrangements and they may have little or no protection in the event of a company failure. As I continue the series of articles on traveling with kids, today’s post covers what to do once you’re in the plane. For some of us having traveled with our little ones for couple of years or more, it might come as second nature, but for brand new parents like my friend Anu, to travel with little Abigail, any little tip helps. I’ve experienced as Seth’s gotten older, now at 2 yrs and 9 months, it’s getting easier to travel with him. He’s always been a pretty laid back kid, but now he actually enjoys the plane ride!

1. Always be on flight attendants good side - they are like your life line.

2. Make friends with passengers around you too and maybe apologies in advance for the crying, kicking, or any tantrums your kid might throw. That way you won’t get the dirty looks later!

3. When you go to fast foods and get those little toys, try to save it, and keep it away from the kids until you travel. A whole new set of toys will keep them occupied for a while. You can also go to the Dollar store and buy a few items for the travel.

4. Put the toys in a few large Ziploc bags inside the diaper bag, otherwise you’ll never find the toys when you need to.

5. Unless it’s a real stinky #2 diaper, change her diaper on your lap, or if you are lucky enough to have the seat next to you empty.

6. Use bathroom diaper changing station as last resort. Plane bathrooms can be pretty nasty, especially on long flights.

7. If you’re nursing -Just do it. First time I was travelling with Seth he was 2 months old, crying insensibly. I had not planned on it, but my motherly instincts kicked in, I covered with a blanket and nursed. He was calm for the rest of the flight. I didn’t have time to worry about others, including the man sitting next to me. Honestly I didn’t care, but that man happened to be just so nice and understanding, and even gave me more elbow room!

8. Apparently the air pressure hurts their ear, so if they’re nursing, have a bottle or pacifier in their mouth, this helps ease the pain. Keep several pacifiers handy.

9. Try to have a bottle ready before you get on board and wait to give to your baby right before the flight takes off. This way hopefully by the time the plane reaches 30,000 ft, your baby will be full and fast asleep.

10. If your non ticketed toddler is old enough to have grown up food, just ask for a meal, even if he does not have a seat. This applies to long flights. Normally they’ll wait and see if any is left, after all the meals are given out. Of course for shorter flights I always ask for extra crackers!

Tampa Becomes A Cheaper Destination

Travelers looking for hotel bargains might check out Vancouver, British Columbia, New York, Tampa, Toronto and Orlando, according to a Hotwire.com report on the largest hotel price reductions in May compared with a year ago. Those destinations - in that order - posted the steepest declines in price. New York's prices dropped 31 percent, Tampa's 28 percent and Orlando's 24 percent, the online travel company reported. Vancouver's prices declined 35 percent and Toronto's declined 25 percent. The monthly survey found a three-star room in New York that Hotwire .com sold for $130 and four-star rooms in Tampa and Orlando sold for $66 and $71, respectively. The hotel properties were not identified. Results were calculated by comparing Hotwire reservations during May with prices from a year ago. The report shows the trend toward declining room prices is continuing this year. The findings agree with the latest report by Smith Travel Research of Hendersonville, Tenn., that showed the revenue per average room in Hillsborough County declined by 24.6 percent in March compared with a year ago. This is in stark comparison to what we endured when we arrived here in Tampa in July 2006. As a homeless veteran with a family of 4, it was unspeakable to find a room that was less than $100/night. Especially since we were trying to stay close to the city's main employment spots. Good for us now that we live 35 miles away and have a shit car, huh. Paying for it dearly now.

Some free hosting for the time being could get us started. Only thing that stinks about that is the ads on top of the pages. This month or next should allow me to go full forward ahead to see my vision of "empire" become a reality.

the memory in good condition is a vital part of the brain’s
function. Every now and then, our actions greatly depend on a lot of
information we retrieve from our memory bank. Such information can
either be short term (such as specific tasks that we have to do) or
long term (such as the ability to drive a car or repeat an
instruction we read from a book). While long-term memory may come
spontaneously without too much effort when the need arises,
short-term memory requires recalling information from the
accumulation of things stored in our memory. This is why you need to
keep your memory in great shape to achieve efficiency in your daily
endeavors:

Keep
your attention focused on the needed information to be stored in
your memory bank. Even with distractions around you, stay focused on
the subject. The more concentrated you are on the information, the
better the chances of retaining it in your memory.

Utilize
the most ideal sense or senses when gathering the information. This
what we call acuity in sensing our environment. Be aware of the
color or details of a picture, or the particular sound or smell of
the thing involved. All our bodily senses are attuned to collect
information depending on the circumstance at hand. While our sense
of vision may be the most used in gathering information, our senses
of hearing, smell, taste, and touch are equally important and
helpful in remembering things, situations, and information about
something or someone.

When
you’re not sure that the information you are about to remember
would really be retained by your brain, it would be better to write
the information. This could be proven effective especially in
gathering very long and tedious information like lecture notes or a
personal interview. Just be sure you don’t forget that you have a
note at hand; and of course, don’t misplace the note.

Maintain
a balance diet. A well-proportioned diet will result to a
conditioned memory. Oily and sweet foods may cloud the memory. If
you cannot completely eliminate a bad diet, gradually cut down your
intake of these memory-inhibiting foods. Doing it gradually cushions
the effect of withdrawal symptoms and you’ll get adjusted to the
new lifestyle you are creating. This is not only beneficial to the
memory, but we can say you’re on your way to a healthy life.
Drinking lots of water brings lots of advantages to your overall
health, and memory is not an exception.

Don’t
deprive yourself with enough rest and sleep. Having enough sleep
does not condone laziness; oversleeping does. So don’t feel guilty
resting or sleeping as long as it is not overdone. You need it badly
to keep you revitalized from the tiresome demand of work.

Take
time to relax. Breathe deeply if you must. Keep your thoughts
organized before acting on them. Keep away from stress and anxiety.
It may be impossible to completely eliminate stress since it is part
of our challenging generation, but try to keep it down as much as
possible. Stress may bring your memory into its inefficient level.
Avoid the habit of saying to yourself that you might forget things,
because you’re more likely to if you do. This just builds your
anxiety level up to its panic mode.

Stay
positive, creative, and energetic. Your memory needs to be within a
circle of various things. Things that come in various shapes, sizes,
and colors can motivate your creativity. This is a positive way of
discovering your surroundings in all its variations and diversities.
Avoid being enclosed within the four walls of your room just like
you’re a prisoner. The only time to be enclosed is when you have
to rest or sleep. Don’t be a couch potato. There’s a very
exciting world out there waiting to improve your memory.

The
very best way to improve your memory is between infancy and
adolescent. As we grow old, memory starts to fail. But a strong
memory that we can develop during the prime years of our lives will
definitely enhance us to be good thinkers. This can be done by
continuously exercising our memory through reading and other
cognitive activities like the habit of solving crossword puzzles. The
more you do these, the better memory retention is developed.
